To create the ultimate expression of salted caramel we started with buttery, biscuity, creamy Havana Club 7. This epic dark rum, matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, unfolds in waves of aromatic tobacco, sweet tropical fruits, molasses, spices and vanilla. Its a great place to start.

Ingredients:
50ml Salted Caramel
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
1 - Stir over cubed ice in a rocks glass
2 - Garnish with an orange twist expressed over the drink

Ingredients:
50ml Salted Caramel
50ml Cloudy apple juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

1 - Stir over cubed ice in a rocks glass

Ingredients:
50ml Salted Caramel
75ml Coca Cola
Method:
1 - Build in a highball glass of ice
2 - Garnish with a freshly cut wedge of lime

50ml Pineapple juice
10ml Campari
10ml Lime
Method:
1 - Shake with cubed ice
2 - Fine strain into cocktail glass OR Build over cubed ice

Orders completed after midday will be processed the next relevant working day.
All deliveries must be accepted by a person over the age of 18 and should be placed directly into a refrigerator. Our carrier wont just leave the order at an address.
We deliver almost everywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland. Unless by special arrangement, we don’t deliver to the Highlands and Islands as unfortunately our couriers don’t offer an expedited delivery service for these areas. Please contact the team on 020 3179 0200.
